One of my favourite S/S 2012 runway shows was the one Givenchy and Riccardo Tisci showed in Paris.

I especially loved the shark tooth necklaces, so I was so happy to see them featured in the latest issue of Vogue China.

They are such stunning statement pieces.

Also, I love all of the pastels that are appearing this season.

Light pinks, pale yellows, baby blues, mint greens.

Yes, please!

I have such a weakness for French labels, and IRO is definitely one of my favourites. I absolutely love their newest campaign ad featuring Magdalena Frackowiak. This outfit is so brilliant, and I am lusting every single piece. Sequins, blue denim and white jeans worn together makes such a fresh look.

Recently, I've found myself checking Lizzie Olsen's style thread as much as I'm looking at Mary-Kate's and Ashley' style threads. The style gene sure does run strong in that family. This is one of my favourite outfits of Lizzie's, which she wore earlier this month. I love the different shades and layers of white and beige, and, of course, that amazing bag from The Row.

In need of some much needed Monday inspiration, I found this amazing image in my inspiration folder. This is one of my (many!) favourite pictures of Mary-Kate and Ashley. I am in love with what they both are wearing, down to the tiniest detail, and I absolutely adore Mary-Kate's hair and make-up. Everything is just so perfect. Even the chandelier in the background.

In my opinion, leopard print looks its very best when teamed with black. That's why I am so in love with Kate Moss' fierce ensemble. She looks very rockstar chic in the leopard coat, teamed with those sunglasses, that scarf, those shoes and the rings. There's no denying that she is Kate the Great.

THE DAVINA FAUX FUR COAT

About a month ago, I received a very lovely Christmas present from the people at Motel; this gorgeous Davina Faux Fur Coat in a wonderful cream colour. I have an obsession with outerwear, and I have way too many coats, but still, this has always been my preferred choice when going outside since I got it. I love the 70s bohemian feel of it, and I somehow always feel like Farrah Fawcett when I put it on.

I have been wanting a faux fur coat for a very long time, but I haven't found the perfect one. Until now. This works so well together with skinny jeans, a basic knit and converse, or with a maxi skirt and my brand new Acne Pistol boots (which my bf gave me for Christmas!). The coat is now on sale - down from

The styling of this editorial, "Crazy In Love", in the January issue of Cosmopolitan US, is so gorgeous. It reminds me a lot of Sienna Miller's bohemian chic style that she became so famous for when she was together with Jude Law. I especially love the white dress by Halston Heritage in the first image - it's so cute, yet sexy because of the off-the-shoulder detail.

Don't you agree that Rosie Huntington-Whitely looked absolutely stunning at the Golden Globes After Party?! But then again, when doesn't she look fantastic. I love how she's teamed classic tuxedo pants with a more edgy and modern leather jacket (I'm guessing it's Gucci, but correct me if I'm wrong!), and she is also so great at combining various pieces of accessories which you wouldn't necessarily think would work together. Adore her!

I was so excited when I woke up this morning. The first thing I did was to turn on the computer, run out to the kitchen to grab some coffee, before throwing myself in front of the computer again to look at all the dresses from last night. I love all the glitz and the glamour that comes with such an event as the Golden Globes, so I was quite surprised when I discovered that two of my favourites were Heidi Klum and Kristen Wiig; Heidi in a dress from the Calvin Klein Collection and Kristen in Bill Blass. They both played it safe with nude coloured gowns teamed with bold, statement jewelry, but I loved it. I absolutely adore the turquoise jewelry which Heidi is working so well!

Do you like what Kristen Wiig and Heidi Klum wore? Or do you think it was too safe for the Golden Globe?

I am so happy to see Daria Werbowy back on the cover of Vogue Paris for the February 2012 issue, shot by Inez & Vinoodh. I have read mixed reviews about this cover already, but I have to say that I really like it. Daria looks so great in the piece from Prada's S/S 2012 collection. The pink colour is so refreshing against Daria's tanned skin, and it's such a fantastic contrast to her emerald green eyes.

I really like it when people work their style around the concept of mix & match, and one of the people who nails this perfectly is Jenna Lyons. Early in December, Jenna wore this gorgeous outfit consisting of essential basics; a camel coat, a crisp, white shirt and skinny, leather pants. Even though it's not one of her most contrasting outfits, it still bears elements of it; the classic feel of her coat and shirt, and the edginess of her pants and amazing heels.

I can not wait until these pieces from H&M's spring collection hits the shops. Especially the leather vest in the first photo. It is so incredible, and I can already picture so many different ways of wearing it. I wouldn't mind the leather skirt either. I am really loving the white on white layering - it is such a fantastic look for spring and summer.

Nicole Richie is one of those celebrities who rarely disappoints when it comes to style. She recently wore a gorgeous Chloé dress (if you haven't seen it already, you must) for the 2012 Winter TCA Tour (I love how she teamed it with turquoise heels and lots of House of Harlow 1960 jewelry!). Also for this tour, she wore a head to toe look from Antonio Berardi's S/S 2012 collection, consisting of a cream blazer and stunning embellished leggings, teamed with Louboutin heels and House of Harlow 1960 accessories. On another note, I am seriously considering bangs à la Nicole. So perfect!

Thanks to the lovely Carolyn behind the blog Rich Girls, I discovered Jessica Stein's blog, Tuula, where she shows off her fantastic style (I know, I must have been living in a cave for not learning about it sooner!)

I have lost count of how many times I have expressed my love towards sequins, but who can help it when it can look this amazing.

Teaming a sequin skirt with an oversized knit is the perfect laidback, but classy look.

And sequin pants worn with heels, is a great alternative for the Christmas season.

I am still buried in books to get through for my exams, which means that I'm at home a lot reading (I have such a comfy sofa!).

I bought this knitted jumper from Zara a couple of months back, and even though I have loved it from the very start, I have discovered these last few weeks (while reading for exams), that it is the perfect, chic cozy jumper.
When it's time for me to enter an exam-free world again, I'm definitely going to wear it like this; with a pair of leather trousers and a burgundy hat.

I love how many of them manage to keep it simple without looking boring.

You could kind of say that I go on and on about it in almost every post.

But I never grow tired of talking about it, and I can never get enough of discovering inspiring outfits that prove this.

She looks so chic in a black, classic blazer, skinny jeans and elegant boots.

Today, I watched a very interesting documentary about Swedish clothing labels and Stockholm Fashion Week.

I won't get into the details, but one thing that struck me while watching it was how incredibly beautiful many of the Swedish models are.

Especially Frida Gustavsson.

Frida really is a true goddess both on the runway and in front of the camera.

Christian Louboutin is a very busy man these days as it's the 20th anniversary of his label. As a part of this he has launched a new coffee table book (a book I really want to get my hands on). On Tuesday he was honoured with a fabulous cocktail party held by Barney's in New York, and on Thursday the celebrations hit Beverly Hills. Rosie Huntington-Whitely attended the book launch in L.A., looking insanely gorgeous. But then again, she always looks fabulous.

Last night, she and Mary-Kate attended the Christian Louboutin cocktail party in New York, and of course Ashley honoured the shoe designer by wearing a pair of Louboutin studded brogues. I really, really love them, and I think they work so well with the rest of her outfit. I want every single piece and wear this outfit right now.

There are only two pieces involved in this outfit; a batik patterned maxi dress and a black classic, slightly oversized blazer. Teamed together, the contrast between the casual dress and the smart blazer is simply fantastic and so chic. I mean, can you blame me for posting so many posts about Miranda when she always looks this great?!

When I first saw this British Vogue December cover shot by Mario Testino, I thought "Wow, is December that close?!". However, this thought was quickly replaced by "I LOVE this cover!". It is such a fun and original magazine cover, and I really like the colours and the feeling of happy celebrations. Gisele Bundchen looks absolutely fantastic in this outfit - loving the leggings.

Rosie Sugden A/W 2011

It's the end of October, which means that it's freezing here where I live. Therefore, I am keeping my eyes wide open for lovely warm and cozy, but yet chic and pretty, pieces. These two cashmere hats by the new and talented designer, Rosie Sugden, fits this description perfectly. I am really craving the fluoro pink pom-pom beanie - the colour and the shape are amazing. It would look so great teamed with a black wool coat. Also, the black cashmere turban is a must-have. It reminds me so much of Carrie Bradshaw in "Sex & The City 2", when she wears a turban in Abu Dhabi. I bet that Carrie would wear this cashmere turban for that winter chic look.

Last, but not least, I just had to add the photo of Rosie's hand-made copper crown head band. It brings back fond memories of "Where the wild things are" mixed together with the Givenchy studded head bands from a little while back. It's crazy cool!

I have an enormous thing for coats, especially those that are designed for autumn and winter. Maybe it's because I live in a country where it's freezing cold almost all year around, or maybe it's because I read so many Swedish blogs where the girls always have the most incredible winter coats. Lucy Williams is absolutely fantastic. She has this wonderful ability to combine edgy pieces without making the result look too hard. The cool, black leather jacket and boots are softened down by the knit, creating an exciting contrast between the hard and the soft. I love the gold accessories, and that she is wearing the leather jacket over her shoulders. I need to do that more too.

I am so weak for every item of clothing that is metallic. If it's shimmery and silver, I am sold at once. Therefore I am craving this cardigan so badly. After learning that it is from H&M, I have been trying to hunt it down, but no such luck. I'm not surprised though, as I'm sure it was ripped away as soon as it was hung out in the shop.

I have been pining away over these Isabel Marant pants, only in white, for the longest time. However, after seeing this photo of Nicole Richie, I'm loving them in black even more. Gala Gonzalez is one cool cat. I love this outfit which the photographers behind Stockholm Streetstyle captured during London Fashion Week. There's a lot going on - from the preppy look of the buttoned-up shirt and white jumper thrown over, to the edginess of her skinny jeans and bright gold jewelry, to the bohemian vibe added by the wide hat, the slouchy bag and those gorgeous boots - but still it doesn't look messy at all. It looks damn great.

However, that quick peek turned into a rather long visit, and resulted with me buying this fabulous coat as seen here on the lovely blogger, Angelica Blick. I have already worn it every day since I got it, as it works so well with nearly everything. I love how elegant and ladylike I feel when I put it on. Next time (which will probably be tomorrow knowing me), I'll wear it together with a pair of red heels as Angelica.

I have seen so many girls walking around with cuffed tips on their crisp white shirts, and every time I catch myself thinking "Where can I find something similar?". Looking through the Asos website, I discovered these various takes on the cuff tips. I absolutely love the last one - it's so classic and elegant. The golden hands are growing on me every time I look at them - so cool. As for the spiders, they are a great piece to add to your outfit if you're thinking of being a edgy, classy witch for Halloween.

Those black patent heels bring a subtle S&M feeling to the outfit, which is so good right now, fashion wise. And the Chanel bag polishes off the look perfectly, but then again, which outfit wouldn't be polished off with the classic bag?!

Nothing inspires me more than French style, and more specifically Parisian chic elegance. I have this never ending fascination of how French women dress themselves, and every time I discover an editorial inspired by the French, I have no choice but to save it in my inspiration folder. I first saw a photograph of this girl in this outfit at elle.com, and instantly fell in love with her style. When I found this photo of her at Stockholm Streetstyle, I just couldn't resist posting it. This girl's style is a perfect example of why I like London style so much; it's the mix of the feminine and edginess, the soft materials and colours against the harder accessories, and the utter coolness and confidence that she exudes.
